I would thinks a feature like this would be probably for PUTM? And of course all votes would be equal. As for the rest of your democracy-like opinion I'm afraid I dont following your reasoning. You seem to be assuming everyone would read everything and everyone who vote the same. If this feature was available now, I barely read more than a 25-30 messages a week in here anymore. Out of that 25-30, if I was only going to hit some voting mechanism to indicate something had high technical merit, I would be hard pressed to use that mechanism more than once or twice a week at most. In the past month I can only think of one thing I seen/read in here that held merit in my eyes, and that was JVP's mention of shaped ADO Record Sets. Granted I've been up here so long, and common topics get repeated so often that a lot of useful info I've already seen go by in the past so I dont bother. Also granted I already see the fault in this suggestion, but out of frustration with all the bandwidth that been wasted lately with beating up on xBase issues that are pointless and outdated in this day and age I thought I take one last stab at making a suggestion for improvement before I stop bothering to come around.
