Reminds me of a group seminar I once attended where each person stood and talked for 20 seconds in front of 10 people, then listened while they told how they "experienced" you. Then you moved on to the next group. After hearing feedback from 50 people, you were instructed to write down the things that you could remember from the comments made.

It was very enlightening. ("I experience you as cold, distant, caring, emotionless, happy, cold, distant, etc, etc..."). It's the words that were repeated over and over that really hit home :-).
