That works, if the person is *using* an application object (g). They're not. I guess I should have been more specific -- this is a small application, with only the one form, instantiated from a control PRG that sets up the environment and calls the top-level form.
I tend to use my framework for everything, which has an application object, and I also do it the way you suggest...
