Now, I'm no technical expert, but over the years I have grasped some basics in communication. I've noticed that people tend to listen better when they are not pissed off and on the defensive. So, if I tell somone that VB is a good tool for some things and I give them solid facts, that tends to work better than saying "HEY MORON, VB is a solid tool!"
