What printer driver is installed? I'd be very suspicious of any print drivers from HP rather than from the Nt disk distribution. If you are using a vendor-distributed printer driver, try substituting an MS-operating system equivalent driver. From the standpoint of proving out the problem, I'd go to as vanilla a printer driver as I could - for example, if it's an HP-LaserJet compatible, the HP LaserJet Series II from the NT distribution CD should be able to handle the printer, and it's definitely not a suspect. If you find that the GPFs go away, then you can try to get an updated driver from the vendor, or use a driver that's closer to the actual model you're using to exploit more of its native features until the vendor can provide a suitable, stable replacement.
