If you look at the docs that come with the product, it is the same thing. Heck, the docs may be better. As a reference site, sure, it is nice in that it uses Adobe, which is a nice format to read text. However, to call it a training course in the same vein as what is offered by TakeNote, AppDev, etc, is pretty bad.
