They're called NDAs and under them one cannot even admit that they are under one. My reference to never be3ing asked by a microsoft poerson to not say anything was regarding any time that I have said something that I thought was a bogus move on the part of MS.

I'm sure you are right, there are MS sycopaths that happen to be MVPs, but there are many others who are not MVPs. The MVP monicer does not indicate an MS lover, although MS is usually quite nice to the MVPs because they are the highly visible people and MS would certainly like them to be happy with Microsoft.
