Dear Reymundo,
I have had success using the following method:-
save the table under another name
open the file with your word processor.
remove the header etc,
use a macro to insert delimiting characters
save the file as a .txt file
use the append command to get it back into a temporary table with the correct structure.

If this is successful copy it back to the original table

This can be time consuming but it works.
