>I would agree, any message that is BoundTo be incorrect would have no Value Init. One might decide to Deactivate the person's account, or SET FILTER on them. We certainly wouldn't want any SET RELATION with them. If it got really bad we could Destroy them but it still isn't nice to Unload on them.
