Thank you for all your information, much appreciated. I do have one other question here. We send out about 5000 emails a month and it is increasing as the months go by. Currently we have implemented Foxword to convert our VFP reports into emailable files. Foxword works but that is about all I can say about it. A big hang-up with it is running a udf inside the report. Foxword can take literally minutes to produce a file that the foxpro report writer can print preview instantanioustly. Consequently, are email system is be coming quite slow. So we are looking for something that can create files very quickly. In your experience with Crystal reports can it run as efficiently as the VFP report writer when creating files?
