I was wondering what you ment with your reply.

I did not include the User table in the view!

After reading your answer I tried the following

My production table and my user table in the view.
I Join the production.dep with the user.dep

I have 1 parameter the user ID

In my DE beforetableopen I have
PUBLIC userid

userid=pUserID

Where pUserID is the ID for the user when logged in to
the software.

This seems to do it.
