Pro 3.2 is a hold over from the early days of 95. SBT knew better than M$ so they created a temporary file on your hard drove and then pused it to the printer. This worked for all those WIN3.x installs out there.

If this is a NT4 workstation, then it think's that it's in control of your printer port and not SBT.

If it's NT as a server, then it's a different issue. They have a few white papers on printing malfunctions. If you need a password I can get you one in private.
