Is not the codepages dialog, it says (traslated from spanish):

File 'orders'will be updated to a new file format, this will not be legible by older versions of Foxpro. You can revert this issuing the command 'COPY TO', old table will be saved like a BAK file. Do you want to continue?

The program I wrote is:

SET SAFETY OFF
SET TALK OFF
SET CPDIALOG OFF
CREATE DATABASE midbc
ADD TABLE orders

Any more sigth?
