After much headaches, (lasting for months of course) I found out that the problem of repeating first record in report is due to selecting the option from menu. To put it differently, if I have a button on my form and click to print, the report would come perfect. But if I put the same codes in a program file or inside an user-created method of a form it simply won't work.

P.S: MS is honest to have accepted this problem in their online documnentation (or MSDN) Chapter-12, but unfortunately they did not mention any solution. Above was my solution :-)
