First, I recommed upgrading to VisualStudio 6 [this includes VFP6, VB6, etc.].
Second, I recommend clicking on the Partnership Program link at the very top of the upper frame. Go down to the books by Hentzenwerke. Number 1 book to get you started is the one by Jim Booth and Steve Sawyer -- Effective Techniques for App Development with VFP 6. Number 2 on the list is the Hacker's Guide.
Third, ask questions here. Even if you do not ask questions, you can learn much just by reading threads. Welcome to UT and VFP.
