It's not really good way to use formsets, especially if you use version more than 3.0. If you still need it, then one possible way (maybe there is the simpler one, I didn't use formsets for long time) is to save your form as class and then use it as template (Tools/Options/Forms). This way, when you add new form to a formset it will suppose to be like your template. Another way would be just instanciate new forms in run-time (using Formset.Addobject()) from the same class.
Again, think before you will use these formsets. There are more robust ways to go.
