I'll check into the read only issue.
More information on the problem. He is trying to build an EXE with the runtime built in with the Extended option not the compact EXE. When the project is built with the rebuild all option, all source files compile, the app is built. It's when it gets to the create EXE step the error occurs. The filename for the EXE was different than the existing EXE.
