You should only need to specify the path if you are not including the prg in the project (and are running the app or exe and not the main program directly)

In the debug frame you can choose to display the watch window by selecting it from the window menu.

You could also issue
ACTIVATE SCREEN
? SET('PROCEDURE')
in the command window once you've suspended execution.
