Activate the debug window. From the tools menu select "Coverage Logging..." and enter the destination file for logging information. Run the application and launch the form/program etc. as you would normally then exit the application.

Now from the tools menu in VFP select the "coverage profiler" option which will prompt you for the file name entered into the debugger.

The information presented will show you where the bottlenecks are.
