Forgot you don't have to go into the debugger to set the coverage file, you can issue:

SET COVERAGE TO coverage.log

where coverage.log is any valid filename you care to use. You can then invoke the coverage profiler with:

DO (_COVERAGE) WITH coverage.log

again substituting coverage.log with the filename you chose to use.
