In addition to what the others have said, you might try looking at code that does not "usually" run under most or "normal" circumstances. I.e. look for code in IF...THEN statements, CASE...ENDCASE statements etc. I had soem code that ran fine for months then something different happened and the code choked. Checked it carefully and found a little no-no boo-boo I had done. :-) Just a idea to stimulate your thinking on the problem.
