You definitely have to test on target platforms... However, for the actual development, nothing beats NT, well, 2000 does.....< bg >

>I develop using Windows NT 4 SP5. Haven't made the jump yet to 2K. But I still like to recompile the app on my Win98 machine and test it if the client is running 95/98 just so no unexpected crap happens.
