I'm only familiar with West-Wind's Web Connection from the third party solutions. If you are developing only for IIS, I'd recommend Web Connection and that you stay away from ASP because of the difficulty in debugging.
It's nice to setup a system using VFP/Web Conection and be able to step through your code line-by-line.
