The object your interested in is the RDS DataSpace Control. It will allow you to call methods on your VFP COM object through HTTP (Internet) and return ADO recordsets to your front end where you will convert them to cursors so you can bind to VFP controls.

In 'Building Distributed Applications with ADO' by Martinter, Herion and Falino there is a whole chapter dedicated to RDS. Everything you'll need to know will be in there. The book is geared toward VB, but easily applied to VFP.
