I haven't had this problem that I can remember, but you may try getting rid of the printer info from the report form:

USE MyReport.frx
GO 1
REPLACE Tag WITH '', Tag2 WITH '', Expr WITH ''

-those printer settings can really mess things up sometimes! -something to try...
