I'd agree with the addition that in the area of "others have the right to impose any sanction they feel is necessary" that this would apply primarily to private enterprise NOT government and, of course, the law. No to nit pick but there seems to be a notion around that somehow if someone does a poll that that is the same as being law. It ain't! *g*
