Sounds like Puck's epilogue in A Midsummer Night's Dream (one of my favorite Shakespeare plays). I can't remember all of it off the top of my head but it goes something like... "And if we shadows have offended, think but this and all is mended, that you have but slumbered here, while these visions did appear. And this weak and idle theme, no more yielding than a dream."
