The first amendment means whatever the judges (presiding over any given issue at any give time) think it means. As for Rocker, he is a hired gun for a baseball team, not a philosopher. People don't pay to hear him speak, they pay to watch him throw a small orb faster than most people are able. As long as Mr. Rocker is able to perform that task better than 99.9% of the population, someone will want him in their arsenal, his opinions notwithstanding.
