Be very careful with this. This will work for your dev environment
but for a live server this won't work, because you can't guarantee
that the COM Application stays unloaded.

The safest thing (and also the fastest) is to shut down IIS. In
Win2000 you can use the built in IISRESET service which is always
running (it monitors the IIS service and restarts it on failure among
other things although it doesn't always work right).

Under NT 4 you can use KILL INETINFO and then use the various NET START
commands to start things back up in a batch file.

These will *guarantee* your components are updated properly.
