The main difference is that with FoxISAPI you are developing pretty much 100% in VFP.

With ASP you are using VBScript... of course, you can call VFP COM objects from your VB script.

You might want to check out the white papers on www.west-wind.com, he has articles about both FoxISAPI and ASP with VFP COM objects.
