>>Another possibility - how's the size of the FOXUSER file on the development machine? Maybe a quick SET RESOURCE OFF, USE FOXUSER EXCL, DELETE FOR UPPER(NAME) = "name of form in uppercase", PACK, USE, SET RESOURCE ON might help, since lots of data related to system preferences gets built up over time, including details on report display and frx editing details.

Yup. I haven't thought of it at all :) I also have an idea about that beeping UPS as if it might be excess HD usage getting the overall load near or above UPS could support. I don't know the electronics and might be totally a silly idea.

Hey, it's always safe to blame the hardware! *s* It'd be unusual for a hard drive to draw anything approaching what it would take to overload a UPS without taking out the PC's power supply and letting out some magic smoke; OTOH, putting a printer on the same UPS would do the job nearly every time!

>Printer drivers are my #1 suspicious in case of report related problems :)

And apparently you were right.
