Yes, that's what it means. If you are using the Power Tools, you can use Tom's tool to add all the necessary code automatically, but any GET in the code needs to be modified.

My Y2K solution supports BROWSE, too. You need to add code to the WHEN (:W) and VALID (:V) clauses in the FIELD clause. It's a lot of work, but definitely less than a complete rewrite.

Not from Microsoft, but Neil Weicher from Communication Horizon offers Y2KFOX, a tool that doesn't require any code changes for the rollover.
