>Any suggestions on how to export a VFP5 dbf to an Access97 mdb?

Access can read a VFP file via ODBC if nothing else. You need to use the VFP ODBC driver to read it from Access.

If you don't use any of the new extended data types, you can do a COPY TO...TYPE FOX2X to make a backwards-compatible file for Access to read. You could also create SDF or CSV files and let access import those.
