I'm not yet a premier member (check is in the mail) so I cannot respond to old messages, but this is a clarification on the need to put TABS.PRG in CONFIG.FPW. This is an excerpt from GENSCRNX Reference Notes (which is a public domain doc that I wrote):

"Multiple drivers can be specified at any hook. Drivers specified in your FoxPro configuration file are processed before drivers for the same hook specified in the screen Setup snippet. Thus, if you will use driver pairs that have a temporal dependency (e.g., 3D and DRAGDROP, or TABS and 3D) be sure your driver specification strategy is consistent with this behavior."

The main point is TABS must come first and thus in almost all cases should be specified in the FPW file.
