I responded to this message privately, but felt it appropriate to mention it here also.

In response to my frequent posting of questions I finally had Jim Booth visit for one on one mentoring. It was the best money ever spent on training.

The value of any of the MVP's here on the UT, is a fraction of their value when they are ripping apart your code and making valuable suggestions. If anyone has the need and opportunity to do the same I am sure they would feel the same.
