I Have work for many times with VFP 6.0, i want to begin a new project and i need to do it in Visual Basic.

I have many tables and databases defined in VFP 6.0 and I want to use in my new project.

What is the best way to open the VFP 6.0 tables from VB 6.0 ADO, ODBC, etc.

Please told me where i could find information about this
