Your question is its own answer. You did that and you don't see what you want in the grid, so there must be something else going on. The first step in this process (of fixing the grid) is to find out why it works the way it does. All I am doing is making guesses and asking you if they apply. You could make your own guesses adn try them too. When I do this in my test form, as soon as I st the recordsource for the grid in the Form's Init the grid comes up with the data in it.
