The way I see it, the difference between MJ and CB is leadership qualities. They were friends though.

I have seen a lot of Scientists (technically superb) but not EFFECTIVE leaders.

Some may be a Leader, but my challenging question is, how EFFECTIVE are they?

I have read biographies of Great American Leaders and I found out that they were EFFECTIVE because of the qualities of Leadership that they have:
a. They have the CHARACTER that communicates RESPECT<\strong>.
b. They have the PERSPECTIVE to see beyond
c. They have the COURAGE to withstand hardships
d. They have the FAVOR to POSITIVELY INFLUENCE<\strong> others

CHARACTER + PERSPECTIVE + COURAGE - FAVOR = No Leadership
CHARACTER + PERSPECTIVE - COURAGE + FAVOR = Short Term Leardership
CHARACTER - PERSPECTIVE + COURAGE + FAVOR = Limited Leardership
-CHARACTER + PERSPECTIVE + COURAGE + FAVOR = Unstable Leadership

CHARACTER Alone = Good Citizen
CHARACTER + PERSPECTIVE = Wise Person
CHARACTER + PERSPECTIVE + COURAGE = Entrepreneur
CHARACTER + PERSPECTIVE + COURAGE + FAVOR = Effective Leader
