Anyone have any ideas? sorry I don't understand exactly what you wanted to say anyway you can get the windows printer names with APRINTER() and then SET PRINTER TO NAME to one of those if you want the user to choose the printer you can then SET PRINTER TO NAME GETPRINTER() btw as for changing the windows DEFAULT printer, IMHO it is not good practice, it it rude towards the user Arnon
