Mike, you may be "in" and not know it. From the URL you gave below, click on the "code samples" link. On that page, try to download one of the sample files marked with a lock, for example "Updated OLE Solution Samples". If it lets you download it, I'd say you're OK.

is confusing, it sort of implies you have to register even if you already have.
