I may have (probably) designed the report incorrectly but here is how it is layed out.

In the title band, the Report Description prints and underneath that, I have 4 memo fields that are set to strech. For the most part (95%) of my users it works fine.

Now that other 5% have included so much information in the 4 memo line that the title band streches down to the bottom of the page, then when the details start, it will only print 1 detail record on the next page. With no comments in the memo fields, this report prints 2 pages of detail line. So now I'm skunked about the proper way to do this.

I was thinking I should create another report that just prints the comments then run the detail report. But most the the cases don't have this problem and they won't like having an extra report page just with 1/2 dozen lines of comments and then the details on another couple pages.

Any help greately appreciated.
