Anything that had to occur before the Setup Wizard ran, for example, installing DCOM, IE, WSH or anything else you might need. Split installs (installs where the install might require a boot in mid-process). There are a wide range of topics that might require some sequence other than 'do this after Setup Wizard runs its course'.
