>I ran into this one a couple of months ago. It turns out even when you send to file the "Printing" dialog box comes out and there's no way I know to turn that off. In process servers (DLL's) cannot have any UI, and that's the error message you see. That makes VFP reports useless in DLL's. I have my entry on the UT VFP7 wish list to have an additional clause on the REPORT FORM command to be able to turn this dialog off.

You can get around this by creating an out of process server that your dll can call to do your reporting. This is a PITA, I know. This "feature" has a lot of people upset (makes it sort of difficult to generate a PDF from a MTS hosted server on your web server). MS knows it, and hopefully this will be address in the next version (or service pack).
