Erik,
Intersting how different people work! I don't know that I've ever used the Standard toolbar - but I don't know how anyone can live without the layout tollbar!
Anyway - with my problem even restarting my machine didn't fix it - so - I opened ALL the toolbars and started pushing buttons to see what was affected, and voila - all of a sudden the layout and form desighenr toolbars started working again! Strange huh? This has to be a bug .
thanks - Ken

>>Now however, I have a differnt problem with both the layout and form designer toolbar. When I click a butoon, it "stays pushed in" as if it were some kind of radio button. I can actually push them all "in" and they stay that way unitl I close and open the toolbar - then I can do it again. Although they are "pushed in", they still seem to work - so it is not an emergency - but has anyone else seen this or know what to do?

>I ahve no idea what causes it, but I get it from time to time too. I think it has something to do with some of my code that runs at design time, because it only happens in certain projects, but not consistently. I have just been dealing with it by closing and reopening the toolbar. (The only toolbar I have noticed it on is the Standard toolbar- I rarely use the layout toolbar).
