I have the exact same configuration - so the error is not this side.

I got it! See http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q183/3/70.ASP?LNG=ENG&SA=ALLKB for all the details to correct your problem. This error is caused by an incorrect version of comcat.dll.
