If this is a 1 shot deal, why can't you just import it from the Access side? I just click on NEW under the table tab, and click Import. Specify that this is a FoxPro table [dbf], select the table and go.

If this is going to be an Access table that others will use from Access and you need to use it from VFP, you can create a remote view of the Access table using ODBC. You can make this view updatable and retrieve data from Access and send back updates and new records with little or no problems.
