Help!

I am looking for a application with which I can send to print a .htm page I have created in Fox. Ideally the line of code in fox would be something like:
! send2prnt mynew.htm -p

Anyone print .htm pages from within fox? Anyone know of any apps that can print from a command line? Anyone know of any fox enabled solutions? (The printout would not just be a -print- but be graphically correct).
