Thanks for proving some stuff I was reading the other day about dealing with other nationalities. Philipinos were among one of the more difficult peoples to deal with. They always want to say the right thing. So you never know if you really have a deal when they say yes, until you have their John Hancock.

This guy is so worried about saying the right thing now, you've got him all confused. He think's everything you say/do is directed towards him, cause he thinks he offended you.

This is going to be like one of those old sitcoms. The only way to make it go away is to make him think that he has attoned himself. Weather he has or not, or even has something to attone for doesn't matter. It's now all in his mind.
