The documentation for the Picture property says that the
property can be assigned the name of a general
field. I can not seem to find a way to assign the name of
general field to the picture property. The Tasmainian
Traders example loads the file from disk even though the
image is stored in a general field. How STUPID!

I know I could use an ole control to display the picture, but
ole controls are slow! I would rather use a control such
as image that is optimized for displaying pictures.

Any Comments would be helpful.
