The setup wizard looks professional enough, IMHO. I use it exclusively.

Not sure what you mean here. ActiveX controls? Why are you afraid of untimr files being copied out if they are already there? IMO, this makes for a safer, cleaner install, because if something ever goeds wrong with your app, (corrupted file) you acn be sure that a reinstall will get all components.
